The Perry Township Hall is available for Private Rental to both Township and non-Township Residents. The Township Hall is conveniently located south of Perry on Ellsworth Rd., a quarter mile east of M-52.
The main area of the hall measures 59' x 43' and can be divided in half. There is an area that can be used for a bar with a cooler, a complete kitchen, bathrooms, 47 tables (71"), 326 chairs, 2 highchairs and plenty of parking.
The capacity of the hall is rated at 320 persons.
Alcohol is permitted at all functions, excluding Graduation Open Houses. To have alcohol at a function, the renter must provide a $500,000 accord form from their homeowners insurance policy. Please contact the hall for more information.

REQUIREMENTS:
The deposit is required within 10 days after request to hold the date.
If the renter would like to decorate the day prior to rental, there will be an additional $50 charge.
To receive the township resident rate, the person who rents the hall must be a township resident or tax payer of Perry Township or an immediate family member (mother, father, daughter, son, sister, brother, or grandchild) of a resident or tax payer.
